3 Ways Every Believer Can Be Involved In The Great Commission

Great commission  Every person on earth needs to hear the message of Salvation. This message is that Jesus died for their sins, and they are reconciled to God through Christ’s death.  When Jesus was leaving the earth, He left the disciples with one command: Matthew 28: 18-20  And Jesus cam e and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in [ a ] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” This is a mandate of every believer. It was not for the first disciples only, nor was it for people on the pulpit. Every believer is an ambassador of Jesus Christ, as Paul states in 1 Cor 5:18.  Why Share The Gospel?  The Harvest is plentiful.  People are hungry to receive hope and peace. They are searching for it in every aspect. Little do they know that hope is in Christ Jesu

Is marriage idolised?

Mary lost her job last month and she is unable to meet her needs. She is almost falling into depression, she thinks whom to speak to and her youth Pastor comes to mind. She decides to meet him after Sunday service. Sunday after the service she meets her youth Pastor the greetings of the Pastor make her forget why she came into the office.  " Good morning Mary, happy to see you in my office, umepata mtu!"

Greetings make Mary remember what her mother told when she told her that we lost her job. "If you were married you would worry because you lost your job because would have someone to take of you." Mary starts thinking why is everyone thinking her problem is marriage!  She has other problems to solve in her life. She wonders why nobody asks her when is she buying land or investing or furthering her education. Nobody bothers to know her goals and plans to achieve them.

Mary decides that she is not going to share her problems with anyone again. She even decides to leave all WhatsApp groups because the only messages and memes shared in the group are about marriage. But before she meets her friend and talks about her issues. Lucky enough her friend links her up with a therapist who is ready to listen to her and walk with her on this journey.

Mary still has this question, "Is marriage idolised?'
